Art for towns and people
Victoria was commissioned by Watford Palace Theatre in 2019 to produce a marble run spanning the length of Watford town centre as a key part of their upcoming Imagine Festival. A pandemic, budget cuts and a lot of red tape later, "Remembering Eden" emerged in 2022. A quiet, family centred, hopeful response to overcoming adversity. Themed on a ruined heritage garden, real and recycled paper plants emerged from a gently eroding cardboard landscape. Photography courtesy of Aleksandra Warchol

A zero-waste project, Victoria worked with local schools, Watford Recycling Arts Project and Veolia to ensure all the materials used were recycled and would either be reused or recycled again.

Sustainable fashion fiesta. Textile Industry waste marble run in the Great Barn. 2024. |
Art as heritage.
Last year saw the first sustainable fashion community event at Headstone Manor Museum as part of sustainable fashion week, a national event.
Designed and produced by Victoria with significant support from HMM, the people of Harrow participated in multi-faceted green event incorporating arts, talks, recycled fashion competition and sustainable shopping with the Duck Pond Market.
Victoria will return to HMM on 5th October this year for a recycled textile craft for families to enjoy for sustainable fashion week 2025.

Artist in Residence. My Story Project.
Funded by Arts Council England, and Hertfordshire Library Service this pilot residency in 2023 was the first in a series of artist residencies in libraries all over Hertfordshire County. You can expect to meet artists, see how they work, pick up new skills and be inspired. Artists will represent a variety of art forms, with the libraries offering free workshops to the public and closed groups by appointment.

"Herts Inclusive Theatre worked with Victoria on a number of occasions. Her work is consistently of a high standard and delivered on time. She worked with us to develop our requirements, listening to our needs and offering suggestions."
